This 3-hour home study provides an understanding of: the skin and its function in relation to dermatology; recognizing lesions; recognizing certain skin disorders; relating symptoms of possible diseases or disorders; when to seek referrals; when to postpone treatment; and suggestions and examples of approaching client/patient with a suspicious skin disorder.
